Being "in resource" is perhaps the most undervalued skill of the 21st century.
This post isn't about whining over burnout or a lack of inspiration.
The things mentioned above are just excuses on the way to the truth = laziness.
Resource is something more.
You cannot make the right strategic decisions when you are clinging to an old mindset and thoughts that have surrounded you for a long time. It is difficult to move forward while looking for a path within old strategies. You cannot see the horizon while keeping your head in the sand of problems and the results of decisions made earlier.
Resource is the ability to pull your head out for a "breather," to give yourself the chance to let go of what you were holding onto and create space for something new.
The very thing that will drive you forward! ⚡️
Staring at a single point is cool, it looks like focus—and that’s always about success—but are we sure we’re looking at the right point?
To understand this, you need to look around sometimes.
That’s why rest is the "base," no matter how you look at it. And first and foremost—mental rest. You need to give yourself the chance to exhale and inhale anew to continue moving forward! 🦾
