This month I built two things for real people.
For Ukrainian chain of Apple stores, I did a free analysis of their Google Maps reviews. AI tags every review by topic (service, prices, product range) and ties it to a specific store, so you can see which location has which problem. Star ratings won't tell you that.
A friend runs tabletop games for a few groups and used to chase everyone by hand. I built him a Telegram bot in n8n. It asks who's coming, pings anyone who stays quiet for a day and again 4 hours before the game, and sends the game master a summary. He paid a symbolic price, and the bot is already in use.
I'd like a few more like these. If someone on your team does the same manual task every day (leads, reviews, reminders, reports), send me a message. I'll look at the process for free and build a working prototype of one step. Full automation at a symbolic price while I'm growing my portfolio
