For Contra & Figma #ConfigMakeathon, I created a simple tool to help me animate my Three.js visualizations.
I have a personal blog at https://visualrambling.space, where I published visual stories. But they were done entirely with code, which was quite time-consuming. I’ve been wanting to build a visual tool to help me plan and iterate on these animations, but I never really found the time.
That's why I was so excited when Figma gave us AI credits to build with Figma Make. It helped me cut the time to iterate all the way from a simple wireframe to the final product, which I've named visualrambler.
Currently, visualrambler only has basic features and a couple of objects to animate, but even with these limitations, I can create some pretty interesting animation, so I'm really happy with it!
Feel free to try it out, and I hope you enjoy using it as much as I enjoyed making it! Figma Make Link: https://www.figma.com/make/zPgAZgO11virMLePOC4IeJ/visualrambler
