This is a high-end luxury jewelry brand known for its ethically sourced diamonds / minimalist gold aesthetics. Despite having an exceptional physical product, their digital presence lacked the premium, cohesive feel required to convert high-intent affluent buyers.
I was brought on in a dual capacity as Product Designer and Social Media Manager to overhaul their digital ecosystem, bridge the gap between their e-commerce experience and social media marketing, and build a community of loyal brand advocates.
