My gut says value first, mostly because $497 cold with zero context reads like a paywall. Have you actually run this as a live A/B on real traffic, or is it more of a design gut-check for now?

Putting my GYMSHARK concept up against the current identity for a quick taste test.
A: My take on GYMSHARK
B: GYMSHARK's current logo
I wanted to see how a simpler, more abstract symbol would feel next to an identity people already know instantly.
Forget which one is official for a second and judge them side by side.
