OpsFlow – Operations & Project Management SaaS Prototype

OpsFlow is a multi-page SaaS prototype designed to simulate a real-world operations and project coordination system for businesses. It includes three core sections: a landing page, a services and capabilities page, and a client portal dashboard that demonstrates how teams can manage projects, tasks, communication, and workflows in one unified system. The goal of this project was to translate real operational workflows into a structured SaaS user experience using Google Stitch, focusing on clarity, hierarchy, and practical business use cases such as project tracking, task management, and client coordination.
