Making of Phantom Pops - Part 3 - Interacive Characters!
Interactive Characters! This video looks into how and why I created interactive characters as part of Phantom Pops' brand identity.
I have been experimenting with Rive CLI and GPU Canvas and built this entire Shader Explorer using Rive CLI and Astra. From UI, Buttons, Sliders, Image Placeholders to GPU Canvas based Shaders with Customizations options.
Also successfully imported inside Rive and now can easily modify them. Amazing Stuff!
Playing around with SaaS motion using Claude + After Effects + Higgsfield.
Just started experimenting with smooth movements, little bounces, and some morphing techniques.
Still figuring things out, but this workflow is pretty interesting. If this keeps working, making a full explainer video might not take a whole week anymore. 😄
What stood out to me:
• Smooth and thoughtful interactions
• Clean visual hierarchy
• Strong product storytelling
• Minimal yet engaging UI
• Great use of motion throughout the experience
Would love to know what you guys think about this design approach.
