Are cross-industry collabs becoming the new growth strategy?
Valentine’s Day just passed, so I imagined an unexpected pairing: Gisou x Graza.
Not because the categories match, but because the feeling does.
Both center a hero ingredient. Both turn function into aesthetic. Both speak to a customer who cares about what’s inside the bottle and how it looks on the counter.
When sensory indulgence meets everyday utility, that becomes the category.
Emotional alignment can be stronger than product alignment. If two brands live in the same sensory world and customers already use both in the same day, the cultural overlap is already there.
So the question isn’t, “Who looks like us?”
It’s, “Who already lives in our customer’s world?”
