“What if Disney Bought Westworld?” was a parody project I created reimagining the iconic Westworld opening title sequence through the lens of Disney-owned properties and characters.
The goal of the piece was to blend cinematic visual effects, animation, compositing, and stylized motion design into something that felt both familiar and unsettling — capturing the tone and elegance of the original sequence while playfully exploring the idea of beloved franchise characters being manufactured inside a futuristic theme park pipeline.
The project involved a mix of 3D rendering, digital compositing, motion graphics, and cinematic lighting techniques to recreate the dark, mechanical aesthetic of the original opening while introducing recognizable fantasy and sci-fi-inspired imagery into the world.
This piece was created as both a creative experiment and a technical showcase exploring title design, visual storytelling, and parody through visual effects.
