Still can't believe this is fully native.
With the Framer 3.0 update I rebuilt this viral landing page using Opus 4.8. The result is insane.

The native Claude integration in Framer 3.0 is a real shift. Editing layers directly on canvas while being able to prompt changes at the same time is something I didn't expect to feel this seamless. The Lumio rebuild looks clean too.
Honestly, this is a great response to figma's new agents. Excited to this these out over the weekend
I believe this is not a response to figma directly but a more significant shift to vibe coding. Figma also just catching up here and in my opinion not doing it great
How would you compare this to a website built using only claude code and pulling from something from say, the Figma MCP?
I'd avoid using figma MCP at all costs. It's highly inaccurate and require a lot of time to fix in claude code.
I can only compare to a pure claude code prompting with exported assets and while framer take a bit more prompting to get a great result you have all the benefits of editing on canvas.
Hmm interesting, I was trying to honestly find a place where i can design and develop it using claude, Because i really need that extra control over the designs I want to ship, Since I'm a designer first. what do you think is the right direction in this case?

Framer if you want to lock in that ecosystem or try paper if you want full freedom.
Figma works but it’s a lot of overhead for us at the moment
