I'd avoid using figma MCP at all costs. It's highly inaccurate and require a lot of time to fix in claude code. I can only compare to a pure claude code prompting with exported assets and while framer take a bit more prompting to get a great result you have all the benefits of editing on canvas.

Framer if you want to lock in that ecosystem or try paper if you want full freedom.

Figma works but it’s a lot of overhead for us at the moment
