A few days ago, I was looking for a used car.
I ended up on the website of one of the biggest used car dealerships near my home. Goodwill Motors, Pune. They had hundreds of cars in stock, but buying one still felt surprisingly manual.
You browse listings. You find something interesting. Then you fill a form hoping someone will call. Ask the same questions every buyer asks, and hope someone is available to help. And then book a test drive.
It made me wonder:
What if the dealership's website could do more than just list cars? What if their best salesperson is available 24x7?
So for the #GiveItAGlow challenge, I reimagined their entire online selling experience.
Instead of another inventory website, I transformed it into a digital showroom with an AI sales consultant named Miles.
Now, customers can describe what they're looking for, compare cars, ask detailed questions, negotiate within dealership-defined limits, and book a test drive - all from the website, any time of day. Owner can manage leads, test drive booking management, inventory management at one place.
