I genuinely think Base44 is the most impressive AI app builder I've used so far.
I challenged myself to build something beyond a simple website, so I created a complete AI-powered veterinary platform for a real local clinic, focused on solving real operational problems through automation.

Going beyond a landing page into actual clinic workflows (triage, booking, pet passports) is a big jump. Did the real clinic give you access to their actual pain points, or did you have to reverse-engineer the workflow from the outside?

Triage and not diagnosis is the right call, that boundary is exactly where these agents tend to get people in trouble. The passwordless owner portal is the bit that sells it for me, feels like an actual product rather than a demo. When the agent hits something out of scope, how are you handling the handoff?
Exactly. That was one of the main design decisions from the start. The AI never attempts to diagnose, it only helps prioritize cases and guides owners toward the appropriate next step.

I had Claude build out ~800 rows (~50 columns) of dummy contact data in supabase with varying degrees of lead enrichment and match scoring to simulate a live DB connection.
