SmartCare needed a modern and visually engaging social media presence that could communicate healthcare services clearly while maintaining a professional and trustworthy brand image. The challenge was to create educational and promotional healthcare content that felt approachable, clean and easy to understand for everyday users.
To solve this, I designed a cohesive social media campaign focused on clarity, accessibility and brand consistency. The visual system combined soft healthcare tones, modern typography, structured layouts, mobile-focused compositions, and user-friendly content blocks to simplify healthcare communication and improve audience engagement.
The design strategy included promotional healthcare posts, awareness content, FAQ layouts, testimonial creatives, app promotion visuals, and service-focused marketing materials, all optimized for Instagram and Facebook.
Results:
• Increased visual consistency across the brand’s social media presence
• Improved content readability and user engagement
• Stronger professional perception and healthcare credibility
• Enhanced audience interaction through simplified healthcare communication
• Optimized layouts designed for higher mobile engagement and retention
Designed the UI/UX for an AI assistant web app where the challenge wasn't the AI - it was taming 15+ customization settings without overwhelming users. Used progressive disclosure: new users see 3 settings by default, power users can expand the full suite without the interface ever feeling different.
The result is a product that scales with the user's comfort level instead of front-loading complexity.
