More automation doesn’t always mean a better GoHighLevel setup.
One thing I’ve noticed while building workflows is how quickly a CRM can become cluttered.
You start with one workflow.
Then another gets created for a slightly different situation.
A few months later, there are workflows with similar triggers, old campaigns that are still active, duplicate tags, and contacts receiving messages from several places.
Before building something new, I think it’s worth asking:
Does a workflow already handle this?
Can an existing workflow be updated?
Are the triggers and exit conditions still correct?
A clean CRM is much easier to manage than a complicated one.
Sometimes improving a GHL account starts with cleaning up what’s already there.
