Had so much fun building out the email automation ecosystem for GNJ Underwear ✨
This project included the Welcome Flow, Browse Abandonment, Abandoned Cart, and Post-Purchase Flow—all designed to feel like they belonged to the same brand universe while strategically guiding customers toward conversion.
What I loved most was the blend of fashion and wellness. While GNJ is an underwear brand, the product has functional benefits that require education in the same way a wellness product does. The challenge was communicating those benefits in a way that felt simple, engaging, and easy to absorb without disrupting the customer experience.
