I don't have extra time to offer web design as a service but can AI actually help me offer more services by making an efficient use of my time? 🤔
I tested Wonder to create a landing page for skincare brand, something I do not offer as a service because I don't have time but that I get requested a lot.
First impression, it is fast and surprisingly intuitive to get something on screen. The structure comes together quickly, and it is easy to translate a brand into a layout.
But once you move past the first draft, things get interesting, you can't imagine how easy it is to edit! 🤯 Honestly, this sits somewhere between a prototyping tool and a real workflow extension.
Curious, would you use something like this to expand your services?

Honestly, the 'prototyping vs. real workflow' distinction is huge. If it’s intuitive enough to handle the structural heavy lifting, it’s a game changer for expanding a service menu.
Did you find that it handled the mobile responsiveness well right out of the gate, or did it...

@Anita Autorino I just had a look at https://wonder.design, and I think it’s a good tool for design exploration and creating early-stage prototypes. That said, it exports code as Static React components.
One question though: where would you host the generated code, and how would clients be able...

I don’t position tools like Wonder as a final delivery for client-facing builds. I use them for high-fidelity exploration and prototyping, where speed and clarity matter more than infrastructure.
At that stage, the goal is to remove ambiguity. Strong layouts, clear hierarchy, and...

This is a solid approach @Anita Autorino, and I agree. AI will not replace either domain; it will enhance and streamline the workflow.

That’s a good question, and honestly a lot of people don’t have a clear answer to it.
Most people fall into two camps: some completely reject AI, while others rely on it for everything and try to build their whole workflow around it. I think both approaches are unhealthy.
It makes...

I completely agree with this!
What I’m seeing is that AI is less about “doing more” and more about removing friction in the early stages. Exploration, structure, direction. That’s where it’s genuinely useful.
So for me, it’s not about balance in a philosophical sense, it’s about...

Clean work but yeah they start to feel a bit similar after a few, maybe push one or two directions further

Great catch. I’ve definitely been leaning into a specific style lately, so I hear you on the similarity. When you say 'push further,' are you thinking more in terms of the visual hierarchy, or maybe experimenting with some bolder typography and motion?

Looks awesome and thank you for sharing all of this @Anita Autorino

Can I ask after you do the initial iteration what do you do after and where do you work on the final drafts currently for a design process like this?

This is something i would want to try out. One question, does this Ai has backend to setup the right element for designs?
Anita's avatar
I didn’t touch any setups to be honest! But it had some options to play around! You should try it out
