Built this Framer hero carousel.
On the surface it looks simple: smooth slides, subtle indicators, nothing flashy. Under the hood: variant choreography, replay logic, and a lot of “wait… why is this firing?”
It’s a good reminder that AI + templates can get you 80% of the way there — but the last 20% (the part users actually feel) still comes from slowing down and doing it right.
Sometimes the best move is stepping outside the Workshop and building it yourself.
AI accelerates the work. It doesn’t replace the craft.

Love the Chupa Chups concept! The vibrant 3D candy world paired with nostalgic storytelling is perfect for the Morphic challenge!

This hits. The last 20% is always where outcomes are decided — whether it’s UI interactions or physical retail. Templates and automation get things moving, but the feel comes from slowing down and solving the edge cases.

Thanks for sharing, this is really interesting. You can feel that last 20% in the details, especially in how the interactions behave. Great reminder that the craft still matters.

I’ve hit that “why is this firing?” moment more times than I’d like to admit Debugging motion triggers can get surprisingly deep

Could not agree more, It will just replace people with no taste and creative thinking
