I worked with an Ayurvedic clinic in Australia to improve their website by creating a clear customer journey, a resonant brand story, and compelling service offerings.
The problem:
She didn't have a good process for taking on online bookings, and her website was outdated and confusing.
What I did:
I created a simple website that clearly explained her services, inspired visitors to book, and increased sales with fewer operational headaches, while overseeing the design process.
