I improved the amount scroller to make the interaction smoother and more intuitive. I added fluid motion, a glassmorphic effect on the text as it enters the input field, and subtle scale-in/out animations with ease-in/ease-out transitions.

The aim here was to show progress in a way that feels interesting.
We wanted something experimental, a bit more visual and unusual (even flashy) than what you typically see in enterprise software.
The result is an interactive timeline that shows how someone's skills are evolving over time. You can see the overall trajectory at a glance, then tap into any skill to watch it fluctuate across weeks or months. Aspects like communication, composure, confidence, each one broken down into sub-skills like verbal communication, active listening, written communication.
The summary tells you what's improved and what still needs work. But the design choice here was aesthetic as much as functional.
Every interaction should have a purpose.
BENTO CARD wasn't designed to impress with flashy animations.
It was designed to make content feel more tangible through:
• subtle depth
• smooth transitions
• responsive motion
• clean composition
The best interactions are often the ones you stop noticing after a few seconds—they simply feel right.
Designing Hope Through Clarity, Not Complexity
Healthcare and charity websites often try to communicate everything at once, which can overwhelm people who are already under emotional stress. For this concept, I kept the interface intentionally minimal so visitors can immediately understand where to go and what support is available.
The multicolour card system gives every support pathway its own visual identity, making it easier to scan and remember. Instead of relying on decoration, colour is used as a navigation tool that helps users distinguish services such as emotional support, wellbeing, youth programmes, and carer resources at a glance.
The hover interactions are subtle by design. They provide clear feedback, reinforce interactivity, and improve accessibility without distracting from the content. Every animation has a purpose: increasing confidence, reducing hesitation, and guiding users toward the next step.
In healthcare UX, trust is built through clarity, consistency, and empathy. Good design doesn't just look beautiful. It helps people find the support they need when they need it most.
