AL BEEFY is an offline-first Android POS application designed for fish and meat shops. It streamlines daily billing, weight-based sales, product management, business reports, and Bluetooth thermal receipt printing.
Built with React Native, TypeScript, and SQLite, it focuses on fast transactions, reliable local data storage, and practical shop management—even without an internet connection.
Offline-first with weight-based billing fits a meat counter well, where Wi-Fi is patchy and every sale goes on a scale. Does it read the scale directly or do staff key in the weight?
512Financial is an Austin-based firm that steps in as the finance, HR and hiring team growth-stage companies don’t have yet. Their world is board meetings, due diligence and funding rounds, which can feel heavy and intimidating for founders.
My goal with the website was to make it feel the opposite: clear, steady and human. Deep green tones, lots of breathing room, and a “Readiness by Stage” section that lets every founder find their next step in seconds, from Seed to Series B and beyond.
Bringing an old hero section design back to the spotlight. ✨
A hero section is often the first thing people see when they visit a website, so it needs to do more than just look good. It should capture attention, communicate the brand's message, and guide visitors toward the next step.
For this concept, I focused on creating a clean layout, strong visual hierarchy, and a balanced composition that makes the content feel clear and engaging without overwhelming the viewer.
Looking back at older projects is always a good reminder of how much thought goes into the little details that make a design work.
