A university wants Ai assistant admission support. The school wants to move from the conventional paper based admission process like submission of admission letter, O' level qualification, state of origin certificate, JAMB result, birth certificate confirm payment, answer questions, remind admitted students about missing documents or deadlines, reach admitted students on email receive documents etc to AI automated admission support Particular attention should be focused on the various departments O' level qualification scores as well as the JAMB cut off criteria for each department. Particular attention is to be on the age of candidates as those below 18 years are not qualified to be admitted. 1 Undergraduate Admission Application https://chinwe004.app.n8n.cloud/form/admission-application. This is where every admitted student will fill their details, Jamb score, Date of birth, O' level results etc.

2 Admission Decision (Staff Only). https://chinwe004.app.n8n.cloud/form/admission-decision-staff. In this place the staff will determine weather the student get the admission or not. This Admission Decision and Payment Confirmation has a kind of security so that student will not go there and do what ever they like.

3 Admitted Student Document Upload. https://chinwe004.app.n8n.cloud/form/admitted-student-documents. This's all the admitted student document are uploaded and it will store in a google drive.

4 Payment Confirmation (Bursary Only). https://chinwe004.app.n8n.cloud/form/payment-confirmation-bursary. This's where all the admitted student make their payment and is supervise by bursary only.

5 Daily Reminder Schedule. This session has no URL because student are submitting any document to it. The work is to remind the student which their document is incomplete to complete or those that have not paid their acceptance fee the deadline.
