Automated AI Lead Qualifier in n8n
I finally put an end to the endless copy‑paste game with my leads. Using n8n’s webhook node I pull the raw payload, then a Groq AI node decides if it’s hot or cold. The result triggers a HubSpot node that creates a contact and a deal, followed by a Gmail node for the right email flow, or a Google Sheets node to log the reject. The whole thing runs in the background and shaves about 15 minutes off each lead’s processing time. No more manual triage – just clean data and the right next step, every time.

Automated client feedback after each delivery
I finally stopped the endless back‑and‑forth after a delivery. Using n8n’s Webhook node I catch the ‘order shipped’ event, then a Wait node gives the buyer a day to rate. An IF node checks the score – anything below 3 pops a Telegram message straight to my support crew, while all responses are logged in Google Sheets via the Google Sheets node. A Gmail node sends the initial request and a gentle reminder if needed. The flow runs unattended and shaves about 15 minutes off each order’s post‑delivery admin.

I recently built this workflow in n8n to automate the first stage of handling customer support requests.
The idea was to take an incoming ticket and let the system handle the repetitive work:
→ Receive the customer request through a webhook
→ Process and structure the incoming data
→ Use an AI Agent to understand the ticket
→ Classify it as Genuine, Spam, or Unclear
→ Route it based on the classification
→ Trigger the appropriate email action
→ Log the interaction in Google Sheets
I also added an Unclear path so that tickets the AI isn’t confident about don’t get blindly processed.
The goal isn’t to remove humans from customer support.
It’s to reduce the repetitive sorting and routing work, so the team can spend more time on the requests that actually need their attention.

The Unclear lane is exactly the right guardrail. I’d add two production checks: redact PII before sending ticket text to the model, and measure false-positive/false-negative rates by category rather than a single accuracy score. Logging resolutions and human overrides back into...
