I finally stopped the endless back‑and‑forth after a delivery. Using n8n’s Webhook node I catch the ‘order shipped’ event, then a Wait node gives the buyer a day to rate. An IF node checks the score – anything below 3 pops a Telegram message straight to my support crew, while all responses are logged in Google Sheets via the Google Sheets node. A Gmail node sends the initial request and a gentle reminder if needed. The flow runs unattended and shaves about 15 minutes off each order’s post‑delivery admin.
