we're currently building an ai-powered interview platform where candidates can be interviewed through an ai assistant using video, audio, and screen sharing.
instead of recruiters spending hours on repetitive first-round interviews, the system conducts structured interviews, records responses, generates transcripts, and helps evaluate candidates automatically.
we're also working on automating parts of the hiring workflow, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow-up processes.
one thing we've learned:
fully automating hiring isn't the goal.
the goal is removing repetitive work while keeping humans involved where judgment actually matters.
the future of recruitment isn't ai replacing recruiters.
it's ai handling the repetitive tasks so recruiters can focus on making better hiring decisions.

But generating code and understanding code are two different things.
Using AI isn't the problem.
Using code you don't understand is.
As developers, our value comes from:
✅ Understanding the logic
✅ Solving problems
✅ Debugging when things break
✅ Explaining why a solution works
Because when a bug reaches production, nobody asks:
"Was this written by AI?"
They ask:
"Can you fix it?"
AI can generate code.
Developers need to own it.
