Project Title: "Heroes Choose Barbershop" – 3D AI Commercial Concept

Overview: A humorous 3D animated commercial demonstrating that AI can now deliver consistent character design and engaging storytelling. The concept follows a disheveled knight who learns that proper grooming is the true key to winning the princess.

My Workflow: I managed the full production cycle to ensure a commercial-grade final product:

Creative Direction: Scripting, storyboarding, and defining the 3D aesthetic.

AI Generation: Crafting consistent characters, dynamic camera moves, and detailed environments.

Post-Production: Final assembly, precision masking, color grading, and sound design integration.

The Value for Brands: This project proves that companies can achieve high-end 3D animation using Generative AI—drastically reducing traditional production budgets and timelines without sacrificing narrative quality.

What transforms AI-generated assets into meaningful creative work?

I created a short cinematic vertical ad for the Envato challenge.

I really like the challenge theme because it reflects something I strongly believe: AI is a powerful creative tool, but it's the human behind the creative vision, direction, and decision-making that elevates the final result.

For this entry, I directed the entire creative process, from developing the concept, selecting the right stock assets, creating AI-generated visuals, color grading, and assembling the final ad.

AI helped me generate possibilities, but the first outputs felt too perfect and lacked warmth. I made the creative decision to refine them by layering textures, adjusting compositions, selecting the right details and introducing imperfections to create a more tactile, handcrafted feeling.

The final result is not just AI-generated imagery — it is a brand shaped through human taste, intuition and design choices.
