PlanLeads — SaaS Lead Generation Platform for Local Builders.
PlanLeads is a live SaaS product I designed, built, and launched — a lead generation platform that automatically surfaces local planning applications and delivers them directly to builders and contractors in their area.
The platform includes a postcode-based lead search tool, user accounts, subscription billing via Stripe, and automated email delivery through Resend. It currently has paying customers and is live in Leicester and the Midlands.
Built end to end with Next.js, React, and PostgreSQL.
This is solid, it feels both clean and engaging. If someone wanted to create something at this level, what would you say matters most in your process?

This project started with a PNG.
No polished design.
No structure.
Just a rough idea from the client.
From there, I:
- Turned it into a structured Figma design
- Used AI to generate clean Shopify code
- Built reusable sections in the theme editor
The result:
A product page that works and a system the client can actually use.
They can update, adjust, and reuse sections anytime without relying on a developer.
That’s the difference between delivering a page…
and delivering something usable.
