PlanLeads — SaaS Lead Generation Platform for Local Builders.
PlanLeads is a live SaaS product I designed, built, and launched — a lead generation platform that automatically surfaces local planning applications and delivers them directly to builders and contractors in their area.
The platform includes a postcode-based lead search tool, user accounts, subscription billing via Stripe, and automated email delivery through Resend. It currently has paying customers and is live in Leicester and the Midlands.
Built end to end with Next.js, React, and PostgreSQL.

Features a live price calculator, booking system, flight tracking integration, dynamic airport pricing tables, and Apple Pay/Google Pay support. A technically complex build designed to convert visitors into bookings.

Features a full product catalogue, finance options integration and a performance-optimised build — achieving a 97/100 Google PageSpeed score, over 35% above the industry average. Launched alongside a Google Ads campaign that generated leads from day one.
