Good design isn’t loud. It’s intentional.
It doesn’t wave at you aggressively or ask for compliments. It just….shows up, does its job well, and leaves.
A thought that keeps coming up in my work lately...
You don’t always notice good design immediately. But you definitely feel it when it’s missing.
Intentional design thinks before it decorates. It asks "why" before what. Why this colour? Why this space? Why this interaction?
And when every choice has a reason, the design doesn’t need to shout - it just works.
Curious how others approach this - especially when clients ask for “more.”
Lemme know your thoughts!
