I kept scrolling my own portfolio one night, waiting to feel proud.
The work was good. But it felt quiet.
None of it showed how I actually think when I design.
I kept telling myself the right client would come and finally let me prove it.
One weekend, I got tired of waiting for permission.
So I built the proof myself.
Aperture & Co, a conceptual camera gear store, designed and built from scratch.
Not to sell cameras. To answer one question: how does a store earn your trust before you ever click buy.
I broke down every section and the decision behind it. The hero, the trust section, the mobile layout, all of it.
No client paid for this one.
And somehow it might be the most honest work I have shipped all year.
Full flow-by-flow case study is on my profile here:
Would love to hear your feedback about my design thinking process.
