📞 AI Voice Booking Agent – Automated Appointment Scheduling
I built an AI-powered voice assistant designed to handle real appointment bookings autonomously, simulating the behavior of a human receptionist.
In this project, users can simply speak with the AI via WhatsApp voice, provide their name and preferred booking time, and the system takes care of everything else — from customer identification to calendar scheduling and email confirmation.
The entire workflow is fully automated and orchestrated through n8n, integrating voice AI, structured data extraction, CRM lookup, and real-time calendar management.
