Recognition makes it easier for employees to acknowledge and celebrate one another’s contributions at work.
I helped take the feature from an initial idea through product design and launch, exploring how recognition could become a more natural part of the employee experience. The work included designing the core interactions, refining the experience through feedback, and exploring opportunities to introduce Recognition within ADP’s ecosystem.
One experiment with ADP Connect increased Terms of Use acceptance by 11.2% across 4,584 users.
