Cover image for Beam is a brand management
Beam is a brand management platform that helps organizations manage and share their brand standards and assets. As the platform grew, creating customized experiences for individual clients became increasingly time-consuming. I led the design direction for a flexible, white-label template system that could accommodate different brand identities without requiring a custom implementation each time. Working with designers and developers, we established reusable layouts, components, and design tokens that made the platform easier to customize and maintain. The work helped shift Beam toward a more scalable product model, improving consistency and reducing the time needed to launch new client experiences.

Cover image for WTW needed a more consistent,
WTW needed a more consistent, scalable approach to designing software experiences across its products. While at Monigle, I helped develop and lead the engagement, from initial research and planning through design and implementation. Working with stakeholders in the US and UK, our team created a comprehensive design system with more than 150 reusable components. Beyond establishing a shared visual and interaction language, the work addressed complex interface requirements, including information density, typography, and accessibility, giving WTW’s product teams a stronger foundation for designing and building software.

Cover image for Recognition makes it easier for
Recognition makes it easier for employees to acknowledge and celebrate one another’s contributions at work. I helped take the feature from an initial idea through product design and launch, exploring how recognition could become a more natural part of the employee experience. The work included designing the core interactions, refining the experience through feedback, and exploring opportunities to introduce Recognition within ADP’s ecosystem. One experiment with ADP Connect increased Terms of Use acceptance by 11.2% across 4,584 users.

Cover image for The Fringe Product Design System
The Fringe Product Design System brings together the foundations, components, patterns, and documentation needed to create consistent digital experiences across Fringe’s products. I built the system to make design decisions more reusable, improve consistency, and support faster product development. Along the way, I explored how AI-assisted tools could help turn the system into a practical foundation for prototyping and testing new ideas.
