Coughlan Fuels, a trusted Irish supplier of high-quality firewood and solid fuels, wanted to reignite customer engagement and reduce cart abandonment. Their existing email automation lacked visual appeal, emotional connection, and persuasive copy — resulting in low conversion rates. I was brought in to design and write a series of high-performing emails that would recover abandoned carts, encourage repeat purchases, and strengthen brand loyalty.
