A confluence plugin called GLIFFY DIAGRAM
In addition to my design skill and tools, I can confidently add GLIFFY DIAGRAM and also Efficient PROCESS FLOW to the stack!
Not every collaboration requires a long meeting.
Sometimes clarity is not about more explanation, it’s about better demonstration.
Using this plugin mostly for process flow references helped me:
• Communicate micro-interactions faster
• Demonstrate behavior expectations clearly
• Reduce long Slack threads
• Improve alignment during implementation
Small communication improvements reduce big execution friction.
Execution speed often depends on communication simplicity.

Visual clarity is important.
But documentation clarity is equally powerful.
Through collaboration with stakeholders in a product team, I realized that great ideas lose momentum when they are not documented properly.
Working inside Confluence strengthened how I:
• Structure product requirements clearly
• Document design rationale & decision logic
• Capture research insights in a usable format
• Maintain traceability across iterations

I built an agentic AI workflow builder inside @Figma Make and used it to create this entire page workflow. This just shows how powerful Figma Make is.
The builder is a visual drag-and-drop canvas that links AI agents, tools, and data into automated workflows. Each node runs an agent or action and passes its output to the next. You can add conditions, loops, retries, and error handling, and even pan the canvas.
My favorite details: when you add an action node, there’s a subtle ripple under it, and you can also move nodes with your keyboard.
