For the #lovablechallenge "Fix the follow-through" brief, I designed and built a tool for Fresh Start Cleaning Co., a fictional solo cleaning business in Brunswick, Melbourne. Based on a real pain point in the cleaning industry.
The owner, Dani, works jobs from 7am to 4pm, so customer enquiries pile up in her inbox all day. Nobody writes "urgent" in the subject line, which means she opens and replies to every email one by one, and by the time she reaches the real urgent request, such as an end of lease inspection tomorrow, it is hours old and the customer has booked someone else.
I solved this with a dashboard where Dani sets her own keywords, like "inspection", "tomorrow" or "first thing", and urgent enquiries rise to the top with the matched words highlighted. When a customer uses a phrase she hasn't covered yet, she adds it in seconds.
The result is that she goes from opening six emails to find one urgent request, to opening none, and cuts roughly an hour of daily triage down to a few minutes.
I treated it like a real client brief, from persona and pain points through to the UX and the build in Lovable, using n8n integration and Supabase for the database. Built with @Lovable.
