The goal wasn’t to reinvent the product, but to improve usability through clearer information hierarchy, actionable insights, and more focused analytics.
Key improvements included:
• Interactive KPI cards driving contextual analytics
• Priority Alerts replacing redundant quick actions
• Improved dashboard hierarchy and typography

• Refined filtering and financial summary
My focus was on making the dashboard easier to scan and use without introducing unnecessary complexity.
