Starting the year with some honesty.
I’ve been ghosted quite a few times in the job process and it’s tough.
People say, “You’re a great fit,” or “Let’s stay in touch,” and then… silence.
It’s hard not to feel discouraged.
But I’m reminding myself: it’s not always about me.
Sometimes it’s just not the right match — and that’s okay.
So here’s to trying again, staying open, and trusting the right door will open in time.
One step at a time into 2026.

17h left for the @Figma Makeathon (@Contra Challenge), and an old friend from university and I just jumped on an idea this weekend, we're trying to finish it with the clock playing against us.
Honestly, it was the perfect pretext to finally build something together again after a long time, and that alone already feels like a win, even if we didn't get to submit it on time.

"Even if we didn't get to submit on time" — the reconnection with an old uni friend to build something together is already a huge win! Echoform looks incredible though — that pastel UI with the ripple animations and music-tracing concept is so beautifully crafted. The Figma Makeathon pressure clearly brought out some magic here!
