AI Recruiter Copilot is an AI-powered resume screening platform that helps recruiters analyze multiple candidates against a job description. Recruiters can upload a JD and resumes, then automatically extract skills, calculate semantic match scores, identify skill gaps, rank candidates, generate summaries and interview questions, and export screening reports. The system uses FastAPI and a local Sentence Transformers model for semantic matching, combining AI similarity with skill and keyword analysis.
