My portfolio site is live: nataliabukh.com. Here is what's behind it.
The design is mine, made in Figma. That part was never up for delegation. An agent with references still designs toward the average of what it has seen, and my site is my site. So the design work went further than screens. My work-with-design-systems skill helped me with a UI kit: variables with code syntax, everything agent- and code-ready before agents touched a page. Pages and components both.
The build ran like a client project. Claude Code agents worked from a PRD and a spec per task, under written rules: sources of truth ranked in order, one task, one branch, one PR. An independent QA agent checked every pull request against the Figma frames, and a token audit checked every color and font value against the token file. I reviewed each Vercel preview on desktop and phone before merge.
The stack: Astro, Keystatic as the CMS, Umami for analytics, Formspree, Vercel. No cookies; Umami doesn't need them.
