A couple of years ago, I worked on Facebook’s 20th anniversary video. When I joined, I was nervous. Expectations were high, the timeline was tight, and it marked a major milestone for one of the world’s biggest platforms. I had a clear task: bring the styleframes to life through motion, without missing a single detail.
The challenge wasn’t doing more, but knowing when to do less. Trusting that precision and pacing could carry the emotion the client wanted.
I’m proud of the result, and glad I said yes even when it felt intimidating. That discomfort turned into one of the most rewarding learning experiences I’ve had.
