I developed a modern Restaurant POS and management system designed to help restaurants streamline their day-to-day operations from one platform.
The software brings together essential restaurant workflows such as order management, billing, menu management, sales tracking, and business operations, with AI integrated directly into the system to make the platform smarter and more efficient.
My goal was to go beyond a traditional POS system and create a solution that combines restaurant management with intelligent features that can help businesses save time, simplify operations, and make better decisions.
This video showcases the product, its experience, and the type of custom software solution I can build for restaurants and other businesses.

Pawline: booking built around the van, for mobile pet groomers
Pawline is a booking system for a small mobile pet grooming business: one van, two groomers, three Austin zones.
Most booking tools treat a mobile groomer like a salon. The real problem is logistics: travel fees by zone, visits with several pets that take different amounts of time, and one van that can't be double-booked.
What it does:
🐾 ZIP check with instant zone travel fees
🐾 Live pricing and visit length for up to 4 pets, including add-ons and setup time
🐾 Only shows time slots the van can actually fit, and respects the owner's blocked time
🐾 Private links so customers can reschedule or cancel without an account
🐾 Owner dashboard with a daily van timeline
🐾 Public demo mode with fictional bookings and hidden customer details
Built for real use: owner-only data access, leaked-password protection, and full end-to-end testing on desktop and mobile.
Try the owner demo: Owner → "Try the demo dashboard"

Designing around travel zones instead of a salon schedule is the right call. The demo mode is a nice touch for people testing it.
AI-Powered Outreach & Sales Automation Engine
An AI-powered outreach engine built with n8n, Python, OpenAI GPT-4o, APIs, and Telegram. The system uses 8 specialized workflows to handle prospecting, research, personalized copywriting, responses, closing, reporting, orchestration, and outreach preparation from a single Telegram interface.
Having all eight steps run from a single Telegram chat trims the juggling between platforms.
Suds on Wheels: mobile dog & cat grooming in Austin, TX (a fictional business: solo groomer Dani Reyes and one van).
The problem: Dani grooms all day and answers "which day are you in my area?", "how much for a doodle?" and "can you come Tuesday?" texts all evening. Then she chases no-shows and forgotten rebooks.
What I built: customers book inside one chat, not a form. Suds, her booking assistant, asks and they tap. It works out the zone from the address, offers only real openings, takes a $20 card deposit and saves the booking, all in the conversation.
Her quirks, built into the slot engine:
Zone days: one part of Austin a day (North Mon & Thu, Central Tue, South Wed & Fri, East Sat)
Cats go first: only the 8am slot, before any dog has been in the van, one cat a day
Coat drives time: a doodle needs twice the slot, plus a 20-min drive buffer
New clients pay a $20 deposit, because no-shows hurt a one-person business
Then the follow-up runs itself: day-before reminders with one-tap confirm, a 6pm release of unconfirmed spots to the waitlist (first to claim wins), a 7am route brief, report cards with one-tap rebooking, and an "Ask Dani" inbox where she answers once and Suds learns it.
How to test:
suds-on-wheels-app.lovable.app → Book a groom
Try "Biscuit, goldendoodle" at 15001 Wells Port Dr, Austin, TX 78728 (North, Mon & Thu)
Pay with test card 4242 4242 4242 4242, any future date, any CVC
Try a cat ("Miso, Persian", ZIP 78705): only 8am slots
Owner view: /admin → Peek at Dani's dashboard
Sample data is labelled and payments are in Stripe test mode. Built end to end in Lovable.
