The layered distortion makes the kinetic type feel almost architectural—love how the repetition creates motion even in a still frame. The limited black-and-white palette keeps the experiment focused.

"Productive procrastination" is absolutely a thing when the output looks this good. That kinetic type has a nice hypnotic pull to it.

Ten years of making SaaS explainer videos and the animation is still the fastest part of the job. What eats the time is sitting with the product until I can say what it does in one sentence. A lot of the videos I get asked to fix skipped that bit, and you can tell.
