As creatives, we spend years learning how to design, animate, illustrate, edit, code, direct, think strategically… but somehow nobody teaches us the hardest part:
how much we should actually charge for our work without feeling guilty, lost, or like we’re making numbers up in the air at 2am ✨
So I started building something for us.
A desktop app designed to help creatives price projects more fairly and professionally based on scope, complexity, timelines, revisions, deliverables, usage rights, red flags and the real value behind the work.
But I didn’t want it to stop at “a calculator”.
I wanted it to reduce the chaos that usually comes after the quote too.
The app is being designed to generate things like: • smart pricing suggestions • contracts • terms & conditions • project roadmaps • client-friendly proposals • workflow structure • and other tools to make freelancing feel less emotionally exhausting
The idea is simple: less time panicking about pricing, more time actually creating.
I already finished the prototype and honestly… I’m really excited about where this could go.
