One major problem with inbound sales is manual scheduling. Leads show interest, but endless email back-and-forth slows everything down.
So I automated the booking flow. When a meeting is booked through Calendly, a webhook triggers the Supabase backend and the system automatically:
• updates the lead status • marks it as converted • refreshes the dashboard in real time
No spreadsheets. No manual CRM updates. Just a fully automated inbound sales loop.
Lead → AI reply → meeting booked → dashboard updated.
