AI tools have changed the pace of software development, sure. Building an MVP is faster, opens up new opportunities for founders (yada yada yada).
But it is a double-edged sword. If your team can leverage AI to do most of the grunt work, what stops another team from doing the exact same thing? Or what stops a larger competitor from coming in and simply out-token spending you?
What catches a lot of AI-leveraged Founders off guard is just how much the code itself seems to matter less and less (it doesn't but thats what I'm reading & hearing).
In a crowded market, true differentiation comes down to how well three core areas work together:
Brand: The trust, reputation, and underlying promise you build with your audience.
Voice: Marketing that introduces a thoughtful narrative rather than just pushing ads.
Product: A digital environment that genuinely delivers on your marketing promise through a seamless experience.
