Better Together — NDIS Support Services Website Design & Development
I designed and developed a professional, accessible, and user-friendly website for Better Together, an NDIS support services provider dedicated to helping people with disabilities live more independent, fulfilling, and meaningful lives. The goal was to establish a trustworthy online presence, communicate the organisation’s services clearly, and make it easier for participants, families, and support coordinators to find the right support.
The website features a welcoming homepage, an About Us page, detailed service sections, contact information, and clear calls to action for people seeking assistance. I focused on clean layouts, accessible typography, calming colours, inclusive imagery, and intuitive navigation to create a positive experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
The design highlights the organisation’s values of respect, inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred care. It also presents service information in an organised format to help visitors understand the available support options and take the next step with confidence.
The project involved website planning, UI/UX design, page layout development, responsive design, content organisation, and functionality testing. The result is a modern digital platform that communicates compassion and professionalism while helping the organisation connect with people who may benefit from its services.
Project Investment: $500 USD
The project fee covers the agreed website design and development scope. Domain registration, hosting, ongoing maintenance, and specialized accessibility or regulatory compliance reviews may be quoted separately.
nice that you put the actual project price on it. how did you end up working with an ndis provider in australia?
Title: Elsie's — Heritage Brand Identity & PackagingThe
Problem: Modern dairy aisles are dominated by sterile, mass-produced branding that loses the authentic, farm-to-table connection consumers crave.
The Solution: I designed a visual identity for Elsie's that pairs organic grass-fed milk with old-world storytelling. By utilizing an earthy color palette, honest serif typography, and nostalgic farm illustrations, the brand system connects modern homes with the simplicity of heritage farming.
Deliverables:
1.) Brand Identity & Logo System
2.) Custom Typography & Color Formulation
3.) Retail Packaging Design (Milk Bottles, Cartons, Yogurt Jars) (Brand Identity & Packaging Concept)

Pairing grass-fed milk with old-world storytelling is a lovely framing, Avinash. The earthy palette, honest serif type, and nostalgic farm illustrations on the packaging give Elsie's real shelf presence. Thoughtful brand work.
A repeat booking can start with a simple, well-timed reminder—not a discount blast.
This self-directed demo for a hypothetical local cleaning business maps a rebooking email and one follow-up, with clear stop points when someone books, replies, or opts out. It is a sample concept only: no client campaign was sent and no results are claimed.
My focus is practical customer follow-up that respects the audience and makes the next step clear.
