I designed and implemented an end-to-end lead management and automation system using Make (Integromat), Gmail, OpenAI, and Monday.com to streamline how incoming leads are captured, processed, and tracked.
The system automatically monitors incoming emails (including website inquiries and platform leads), extracts relevant lead data using AI, structures the information via JSON parsing, and creates organized entries inside a dedicated Lead Tracking board in Monday.com.
To ensure scalability and accuracy, I implemented conditional routing logic to: • Check for existing leads before creating new entries • Prevent duplication • Automatically update or create records based on incoming data
This solution transforms unstructured inbound communication into a clean, actionable CRM pipeline, allowing the client to clearly track lead sources, contact details, and status without manual input.
The result is a fully automated workflow that reduces manual data entry, improves response efficiency, and creates a reliable system for managing and converting leads into projects.
