Honestly I got tired of projects getting messy because briefs, chats and notes were all over the place. So I built a simple system where clients submit all their project details in a structured way and then everything that follows chats, updates, my notes stays in the same place. No tab switching, no “wait what did you mean” moments, just clarity from day one. Built this in the last stretch of the challenge and it already feels like something I should have made way earlier.
