Automated my agency pipeline from lead to contract
I finally stopped the manual hand‑off from lead capture to signed contract. Using n8n I glued together a Webhook, Google Sheets, Groq AI for enrichment, Gmail for outreach, and the DocuSign API for e‑signatures. The CRM gets updated automatically, so the whole pipeline runs without me touching a spreadsheet. Roughly three hours per client are now free for actual work, not paperwork. The stack felt a bit hacky at first, but it’s solid enough for daily use.

I recently built this workflow in n8n to automate the first stage of handling customer support requests.
The idea was to take an incoming ticket and let the system handle the repetitive work:
→ Receive the customer request through a webhook
→ Process and structure the incoming data
→ Use an AI Agent to understand the ticket
→ Classify it as Genuine, Spam, or Unclear
→ Route it based on the classification
→ Trigger the appropriate email action
→ Log the interaction in Google Sheets
I also added an Unclear path so that tickets the AI isn’t confident about don’t get blindly processed.
The goal isn’t to remove humans from customer support.
It’s to reduce the repetitive sorting and routing work, so the team can spend more time on the requests that actually need their attention.

The Unclear lane is exactly the right guardrail. I’d add two production checks: redact PII before sending ticket text to the model, and measure false-positive/false-negative rates by category rather than a single accuracy score. Logging resolutions and human overrides back into...
Automated my dashboard with 15‑minute sheet sync
I was sick of the manual grind, so I wired a n8n workflow that runs on a 15‑minute schedule. It hits three HTTP endpoints – WooCommerce orders, CJ Dropshipping inventory and a custom sales webhook – normalises the payloads and pushes everything into a single Google Sheet. A Telegram node then sends me a quick “Dashboard refreshed” note. The stack is simple: Schedule Trigger → HTTP Request → Set → Google Sheets → Telegram. The biggest win is the hour I reclaim each day, plus peace of mind that the numbers are always up‑to‑date.
